400+ Unit Project Approved in Arlington
The Arlington County Board has approved plans for the redevelopment of 1501 Arlington Boulevard, site of the Red Lion Hotel along with the Ellis Arms and Williamsburg apartments. The existing buildings would be replaced by an 8-story multifamily building to include 446 units with 255 parking spaces. Plans also show several courtyards and amenity spaces including a pool.
