400+ Units Planned For Reston Station Site
JLB Realty & Toll Brothers are planning over 400 units to replace the aging low-rise office buildings at 1900 & 1920 Association Drive near the Wiehle-Reston East Transit Station. Plans call for a five-story residential building containing 400 multi-family units and three four-story triplex buildings containing 39 multi-family units. The development would also feature 1.7 acres of urban park area as well as around 2.12 acres of additional active and passive recreation space.
