450 Unit Everett Project Taking Shape
Framing is wrapping up for Greystar's 35 Garvey Street project in Everett. The new building is set to include 427 apartments along with 6,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. As part of the development, a new plaza will be constructed to provide a welcoming entrance on Second Street. Amenities of the six-story building will include a gym, gaming and TV lounge, co-working spaces, and a pool and cabanas.
