5-Story Mixed-Use Project Planned in Arlington
Plans are under review for a 5-story mixed-use project at 10 Sunnyside Avenue in Arlington. The new bounding would feature 43 units of rental housing, all affordable, all with approximately 940 square feet of commercial/office and supporting space on the ground floor, and a 790 square foot community room on the second floor. Housing Corporation of Arlington acquired the site in October 2022 for $3.7M.
