500,000+ SF Lease Inked at Atlantic Wharf in Downtown Boston
Wellington Management has signed a lease for 524,000 SF of office space at Atlantic Wharf in Downtown Boston, becoming the building's largest tenant. The firm will occupy an additional 66,000 SF to its current space within the tower, occupying 22 floors of the building.
Atlantic Wharf features 31 stories and nearly 800,000 SF of Class-A office space near South Station in Boston's Financial District along the waterfront.
