500+ Units Approved for Dominion Square West
The Fairfax County Planning Commission has approved the updated plans for APAH's Dominion Square West project. Plans call for two, 21-story towers featuring 516 affordable apartments. The development will also include a 33,500-square-foot two-story community center, all of it supported by a five-story underground parking garage.
