80 Units Planned for Wollaston Quincy Sites
Plans are under review for a 6-story multifamily building at 731 Hancock St. in Quincy. The project would include 53 apartments along with 71 parking spaces. The site is currently home to a 1 story commercial building and is located just a few minutes from the Wollaston Red Line MBTA Station.
The development team is also planning a 4 story-building at 13 Wentworth Road (a neighboring site) to include 27 units. This building would replace a 7-Eleven.
