54 Single Family Homes Planned for Fraley Farm Site
Pulte Homes has filed a pre-preliminary plan application for a single-family home development within the nearly 140-acre Fraley Farm site at 17800, 17834 & 17862 Bowie Mill Road. On the western portion of the property, plans call for a total of 44 lots consisting of 42 new single-family lots approximately one-acre in size; one existing single-family lot that is currently platted, and an additional lot to accommodate the historic house. On the eastern portion of the site, the developer proposes 11 larger lots, these would be approximately two acres in size.
