540-Foot Mixed-Use Tower in Downtown Tampa Approved
The local aviation authority has approved a 540-foot mixed-use tower that will be constructed in downtown Tampa three miles from Tampa International Airport. The development had previously received approval from the City of Tampa. The 43-story tower will house 480 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment units along with 68,000 square feet of office space and 11,000 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant space. The multi-family component will include a leasing office/lounge area, amenities, and parking.
