560 Units Planned for Fairfax County Office Redevelopment
Plans are under review for the redevelopment of the predominately vacant Hunter's Branch office property in Fairfax County, VA. The site is conveniently located at the intersection of Route 29 and Nutley Street, less than ½ mile from the Vienna Metro Station, and has the benefit of significant natural open space areas. Plans call for an 8-story multifamily building to include 485 units along with 76 stacked townhomes and 2,000 square feet of retail space.
