$69M in Financing Secured for Friendship Heights Senior Housing Project
Urban Atlantic has closed on $69M in financing for the addition to the Lisner Home in Friendship Heights. The project will add 93 affordable units to the facility that has been in operation since the 1940s. Funding for the project was secured through D.C.'s Housing Production Trust Fund, federal and state Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, and District of Columbia Housing Finance Agency bonds.
