70 Units Planned for Wellesley Site
Plans are under review for a multifamily development on an assemblage of parcels with addresses at 4 and 14 Cliff Road and 489 Worcester Street in Wellesley. As proposed, the Project will include the construction of two (2) three-story multifamily residential buildings that will include a total of 70 multifamily residential units, with amenities and supporting parking. It is expected that a portion of the residents of the Project will be “empty nesters” that are looking to downsize their living area and remain within the Town.
