$78M Construction Loan Secured for Chelmsford Multifamily
Trammell Crow Residential has secured a $78,666,000 construction loan through Santander Bank for Alexan Chelmsford at 255 Princeton Street. Trammell Crow will construct 340 market-rate units in a series of 3 & 4-story buildings plus 10 townhomes. The project will also include a 9,000-square-foot resident clubhouse with a resort-style swimming pool. As part of the larger project, The Chelmsford Housing Authority will build two affordable senior living buildings with 54 units.
