80K SF Lab Development Approved in Fort Point
has won approval for a redevelopment of a parking garage at 17 Farnsworth Street in Fort Point. The new project will feature square feet of life science space in a 4-story building. The exterior of the building is proposed to have a metal-frame façade with punched windows on its easterly and westerly facades to reflect the area’s post-industrial character.
