81 Hancock St. Project Approved
A multifamily project has been approved at 81 Hancock Street in Dorchester, set to include 36 housing units. The existing retail space on the site will be preserved as part of the development. The units will include 15 studios, 12 one-bedrooms, six two-bedrooms, and three three-bedrooms.
