82 Unit Mixed Use Project Approved in JP
Plans have been approved for the redevelopment of 3390 Washington Street, the BMS Paper building, in Jamaica Plain. The project will include 82 residential units, 19 designated affordable, along with commercial, restaurant, and retail space. The development is targeting LEED gold certification and will include all-electric systems for the residential portion of the project.
