$84M in Financing Secured for Waltham Affordable Housing Development
2Life Communities has closed on financing for the redevelopment of the Leland House in Waltham with $19,320,000 secured through Brookline Bank & $65,000,000 from MA Housing & Livable Communities. Leland House will offer 68 affordable apartments in a beautiful new 3-story building that pays homage to the former Leland Home that served Waltham seniors for nearly 130 years. The project will meet the highest standards of adaptability, and sustainability and is designed to Passive House standards.
