9-Story Multifamily Planned for Pennsylvania Ave. Site
Plans are under review for a 9-story multifamily project to replace the office building at 2626 Pennsylvania Avenue. The development team acquired the property in January for $17M. Two existing below-grade parking levels will be retained which will reduce the length of the construction phase and its impact on neighboring property. The new building will contain 31 residential units and 32 parking spaces.
