Plans are under review for a renovation & addition to the existing 3-story building located at 1448 Fairmont St. NW. The building had been used as a rooming house since 1948. The applicant is proposing to demolish portions of the rear wall and construct a new four-story addition at the rear, and a fourth-story addition on top of the existing building footprint and provide a total of 9 residential units.
