Addition Proposed for Porter Square Property
Plans are under review for the redevelopment of 2161 Massachusetts Avenue near Porter Square. The developer intends to relocate the existing building forward on the lot toward Massachusetts Avenue and construct an addition along its right side. The proposed mixed-use building will contain 8 dwelling units with a ground-floor office-use fronting on Massachusetts Avenue and 7 parking spaces.
