Alexandria Sells South Boston Sites for $87M
Alexandria Real Estate Equities has sold 380 E Street & 420 E Street in South Boston for a combined $86,969,429. The firm acquired the properties in November 2020 for $168.5M and has been planning a 1 million square foot life science project on the site. Now the self-storage facility at 380 E has been sold to Premier Storage Investors for $$38,570,800. The warehouse property at 420 E Street was acquired by Oliver Street Capital for $48,398,629.
