Apartment Community in Pinellas Park Acquired for $108.6 Million

The Praedium Group has acquired Rowan Pointe Apartments, formerly The Livano Park Boulevard, in Pinellas Park, Florida for $108.6 million according to Pinellas County records. The Praedium Group purchased the property from the LIV Development, LLC and secured a mortgage for $57 million from Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company according to county records. The acquisition is the second for The Praedium Group in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area in the last month. The Praedium Group acquired Tessa Springs in Thonotosassa, Florida for $83.75 million in August 2023. Rowan Pointe offers 349 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units. Community amenities include resort style pool with pavilion, lawn games and hammocks, multiple outdoor patios and fire pits, outdoor grilling stations, clubhouse with entertainment kitchen, lounge seating and pool table, fitness and yoga/cross training center, business center, pet spa and pet park. The location in Pinellas Park is in close proximity to the Shoppes at Park Place which features several shopping and dining venues.
