Apartment Community Rising in Echelon City Center
Construction crews have made advancements at Site9, a 17-story, 176-unit luxury apartment in the Echelon City Center. The frame is up through the 10th floor. When complete, the ground floor will contain the residential lobby, as well as over 16,350 SF of retail and restaurant space, along with exterior promenades and breezeways and elevated second story balcony and dining spaces, to provide residents and visitors unobstructed views of the City Center Park and Main Street. Levels 2 through 6 provide 5 levels of structured parking to support the project, including EV charging spaces. Floors 7 thru 15 are luxury 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, and floors 16 and 17 consist of 8 large townhomes, along with the residential amenities deck on the top floor, including a large club room, conference and work center, leasing offices, fitness center and an exterior pool deck overlooking views of the bay and downtown St. Petersburg in the distance.
