Applications Now Open for Chelsea Affordable Housing Complex
The Neighborhood Developers have announced that applications are now open for affordable rental units at 25 Sixth Street in Chelsea. The project will offer 56 new apartments with a community room, a 4,000 square foot outdoor public space on the second level, 40 at-grade parking spaces, common laundry facilities on three floors and public bicycle parking. The application process runs from January 17 to April 22. More information can be found here.
