Approved South Boston Multifamily Project to Volunteer 16 Units for Affordable Housing
has filed a notice of project change with plans to volunteer 16 already-approved housing units for an affordable housing component to 2 H Street in South Boston. Originally approved in 2012 with no below-market housing, plans call for 13% of the project's units to be set aside and dedicated to workforce and mid-market earners.
