Arlington Development Site Acquired for $4.6M
The Maggiore Companies has closed on 2 neighboring Mass. Ave. sites in Arlington for a combined $4,645,000. The developer acquired 1021 Massachusetts Avenue for $2,195,000.00 & 1025 -1027 Massachusetts Avenue for $2,450,000. Plans for the combined 1.08-acre site call for a four to five-story building with 1,700 square foot retail space and 50 condo units 13 of which will be available to households earning no more than 80% of AMI. The Maggiore Companies tell BLDUP they estimate to start construction in Spring 2024.
