AvalonBay Breaks Ground on South Miami Project
AvalonBay has officially broken ground on Avalon South Miami, a mixed-use project in the heart of South Miami's central business district. The development features 290 luxury apartments and 31,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. With reimagined streetscapes and a shaded civic plaza, it aims to create a dynamic live-work-play environment. The project includes a 27,000-square-foot grocery store and offers various apartment configurations to cater to different lifestyles. Amenities will include a resident lounge, private dining room, pool deck, fitness center, and wellness terrace. The project is set for completion by the end of 2025.
