BLDUP is happy to present our list of top final stage subcontractors working in and around Boston. These organizations are getting Boston’s top projects ready to welcome their new tenants. Their work on the finishing touches of a project is vital in ensuring the finished product lives up to expectations.


Allegheny Contract

Allegheny Contract is a commercial flooring contractor with offices in Winchester, MA and Lincoln, RI. For over six decades, general contractors, real estate developers and corporations have sought out Allegheny for their reputation of exceptional service. Allegheny can assist in budgeting for the project, surface preparation, and with their innovative furniture lift system in which new flooring can be installed without the need to remove or dismantle furniture. Allegheny has completed specialty projects for the Boston Public Library, the Boston Children’s Museum, and Mass General Hospital.

Burke + Design

Founded in 2002, burke+design specializes in creating well-branded environments by designing sign programs and wayfinding systems.  Their team will plan, design, and develop interior and exterior sign systems to help people navigate spaces. Burke+Design is currently working on some of Boston’s most high profile projects including 250 North at 250 North at Cambridge Crossing,  and the upcoming Garden Garage residential tower. Divine Design Center

Since 2004, Divine Design has offered developers in and around Boston luxury, European Cabinetry at cost-effective pricing. Along with kitchens, Divine Design offers beautiful and modern furniture, and bathroom and wardrobe design. The Divine Team has worked on projects in Fenway’s Pierce Boston and 10 Farnsworth in the Fort Point neighborhood.

Rosario Cabinets

Rosario Cabinets provides 100% custom shop kitchen and bathroom cabinetry for some of Boston’s most high-end projects. They specialize in partnering with the owner, architect, and builder to customize the best possible space for residents. Recent projects featuring Rosario custom cabinets include 22 Liberty, 50 Liberty, Millennium Place, and The Residences at the Intercontinental.

WoodCraft Designers & Builders

WoodCraft Designers & Builders LLC is a leading provider of Architectural Millwork in New England. They have a team of over 30 full-time cabinet makers, who ensure every project is completed to the highest standards. WoodCraft’s team has experience in multi-family development along with office and hotel. Their most recent projects include The Kendrick, an all-new luxury apartment complex in Needham, Avalon Hingham, and the modern office space at Two Wells Avenue.

Spaceworks Architectural Interiors

Spaceworks Architectural Interiors is a Boston-based firm specializing in interior glass solutions. Spaceworks has been involved in many major projects in and around Boston including the New Balance World Headquarters, the new Celtics Practice Facility at Boston Landing, and the Industrious coworking space.
