280-290 Warren Street mixed-use development in Roxbury approved
280-290 Warren Street was approved at Thursday (December 15th)’s Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) Board Meeting. Located in Roxbury near Dudley Square, the $47 million project will construct 95 income-restricted residential rental units, including 44 units of elderly housing, and approximately 11,334 square feet of ground-floor office and retail space. Construction is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2018.
