73 new residential units and new religious facilities proposed at site of Brighton synagogue
105 Washington LLC, a limited liability company affiliated with Brookline Development Corporation, has filed a letter of intent to construct three new buildings on the site of the existing Congregation Kadimah-Toras Moshe synagogue located at 101-105 Washington Street in Brighton. The new buildings would include a new residential building containing 73 rental units and two new buildings containing religious facilities. Two existing buildings on site would be demolished.
