Dallas-Based Firm Acquires 6th Greater DC Development in 5 Years
Velocis, a private equity real estate firm, acquired 1530 Wilson Blvd on April 9 for $71.4 mil. They have kept Lincoln Property Co. on to still manage and lease the building. The office building is currently 81% occupied.
Velocis plans a multimillion-dollar renovation within the next year to improve the lobby, common area, fitness room, conference room, and exterior.
