Brighton Multifamily Wins Approval
City Realty Boston has won approval for the redevelopment of 358 Chesnut Hill Avenue in Brighton. The firm acquired the property in May 2021 for $3,450,000 and now plans a 6-story multifamily on the site. The development would include 30 units, a mix of studios, one, and two-bedroom units. In addition, this project will include indoor and outdoor bike parking, as well as ground-floor retail space
