Brightview Dulles Corner Reaches Substantial Completion
Donohoe Construction has achieved substantial completion of the Brightview Dulles Corner project in Herndon, Virginia. The building was developed by Brightview Senior Living and designed by Hord Coplan Macht Architecture and Aumen Asner Interior Design.
Brightview Dulles Corner is a seven-story assisted care community with 196 units: 111 independent living, spanning floors 1-7; 61 assisted living, spanning the second and third floors; 24 memory care, all on the third floor. Available units include studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units.
Public amenity spaces are located on the first and second floors and include dining rooms, living rooms, fitness rooms, arts and crafts, a theater, a salon and a 100-car private parking garage. Brightview Senior Living is also providing a public park to the North of the building, which residents will have direct access to.
The building is open and already has begun welcoming its first residents into the community.
