Brookfield Asset Management has acquired 51% interest in the Waterside Plaza multi-family complex for $650,000,000. The four-building complex features 1,471 units overlooking the East River. The property offers residents access to an indoor pool and health club, roof garden, 24-concierge service, spa, and on-site shopping and dining. Current available units are ranging in price from $2695 for studios to $4295 for 2 bed/1 bath options.
