Cambridge Street Multifamily Approved
A 6-story multifamily project has been approved for 521-523 Cambridge Street in Allston. The new building would include 33 units, a mix of studios through 3 bedrooms with 5 designated affordable. While the project will have no parking on site residents will receive a $300 voucher toward an alternative transportation method of their choosing. The project will replace a car dealership currently on the site.
