CBG Building Company Completes Demo of RCA Building
The CBG Building Company team has finished the four-month-long demolition of the RCA building at 1901 N. Moore St. Due to its proximity to the DC Metro, Celtic Demolition Inc. dismantled the building piece-by-piece with a high-reach excavator rather than implode it. The demo makes way for a 26-story tower set to include over 400 apartments. 1901 North Moore Street is expected to wrap up in early 2026.
