Church of Epiphany Planning 10-Story Addition
The Church of the Epiphany, located at 1317 G Street, NW has filed plans for a 10-story addition at the rear of the property. The historic church was constructed in 1843 by architect and builder John C. Harkness. Now plans call for the demolition of rear portions of the building including the Parish House and the construction of a 10-story addition to include 74 affordable residential units.
