Coakley & Williams Completes Common NoSHA
Coakley & Williams Construction has delivered Common NoSHA Apartments in Washington, DC! The scope of work included the construction of a structural light gauge framed building that houses 60 micro one-bedroom apartments that average 450 SF each. The site work also included surface parking. Located in the Shaw neighborhood, the building features various amenities on the ground and penthouse levels, including a fitness facility, rooftop lounge and study, two rooftop terraces with monument views, an Amazon hub system, cold storage for grocery delivery, bike & resident storage, and more.
