Granada Gates was constructed in 1970 of reinforced concrete block and a highly desirable unit mix of (57%) Two-Bedroom and (42%) Large One-Bedroom Apartment Units. The asset has been under current ownership for nearly 50 years while our team has been advising them for many years preceding this transaction.
