Concrete Cores in Place for Under-Construction Dorchester Multifamily Project
H+O Structural Engineering has completed three elevator cores at 780 Morrissey Boulevard as foundation construction progresses on the Dorchester project.
Approved in January, plans call for a 6-story, 200+ unit residential building. The 179,000+ SF development will include a parking garage containing approximately 130 off-street spaces and a surface parking area of approximately 6 off-street spaces.
