Concrete Work Complete for The Ethel in Hill East
Hardesty Concrete Construction recently completed the structure for The Ethel in Hill East. The project features a 7” mild reinforced concrete slabs over a 33,000 square foot mat foundation with concrete basement walls. When complete the new 4-story building will offer 100 units which will be used exclusively for the District of Columbia Permanent Supportive Housing Program along with 11,000 square feet of retail space.
