Condominium Development Planned on Bayshore in North Miami
Developer Continuum Company has plans for a new development on Bayshore in North Miami that would offer 267 residential units. The 20-story building would contain 12 townhomes along with one-, two-, and three-bedroom condominiums. Community amenities would include a fifth-floor swimming pool, spa, fitness center, media room and children’s play area. The development is planned on the site of the existing Mariner’s Bay Condo, a 46-unit community, which would be demolished. Plans also include the redevelopment of the existing 20-slip marina.
