Constitution Inn Redevelopment Advances
Plans for redevelopment of the Constitution Inn in the Charlestown Navy Yard have advanced. The project will convert the existing building into 100 income-restricted residential units along with renovated space for the YMCA. Units will be a mix of studios, one, and two-bedrooms with 48 units dedicated to the Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) model.
