Construction Advancing for Phase 2 of Island Parkside Housing
Following the successful completion of the 1st Phase of Island Parkside Housing, Delphi Construction is well underway on Phase 2 of the project. Windows and siding installation are currently underway with MEPs chasing up through the building. Island Parkside Phase 2 will bring 40 new affordable units to Lawrence and also include a new 18,000-square-foot SquashBusters afterschool center.
