Construction Advancing for WIT's New Athletic Complex
A building permit valued at $46,595,099.00 has been pulled to begin construction of the new NCAA athletic field atop a single-story partially below-grade garage structure at WIT. Accessory structures to be located on the field include a 4-story field house building, temporary bleachers, public restrooms, and a viewing stand. The new Sweeney Field will allow Wentworth to host NCAA competitions for the first time since 1984.
