Construction Begins for Fitchburg Arts Community
Keith Construction has announced work is underway for the Fitchburg Arts Community. The project will repurpose the Fitchburg Academy, City Stable, and B.F. Brown Middle School into approximately 60 units of affordable rental artist live/workspace featuring 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. The development team has also closed on a series of loans totaling over $22M to finance the project.
