Construction Begins on 21-Story LIC Residential Tower
General contractor, , has kicked off construction on a 21-story residential building, at 45-19 Davis Street in Long Island City, Queens. Developed by , it will contain apartment units and square feet of commercial space.
Plans also call for a cellar level and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure is set to stand feet tall and will total square feet. Work is expected to complete by the summer of 2024.
