Construction Begins on Guest Street Labs at Boston Landing
has broken ground on 60 Guest Street in Brighton as construction commences on the approved Boston Landing component. The new 9-story state-of-the-art lab will include 320,000-square-feet of space and a robust amenity program featuring a multi-purpose ground-floor and outdoor spaces at key locations throughout the building.
