Construction Coming to a Close at TIA Logistics Center
The exterior is complete, and crews are finishing the inside and site work as construction winds down at TIA Logistics Center. The property is just north of Tampa International Airport’s Air Cargo entrance. Located in an amenity-rich area, the property is near an abundance of hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls within a 10-mile radius. The building offers 245,000 SF of Class A industrial space with 64 dock-high doors, 2 ramps on either side of the building, 245 car parking spaces and 58 trailer parking spaces. Completion is expected in Q2 2023.
