Construction Complete at TIA Logistics Center
Construction has wrapped up at TIA Logistics Center, a new logistics center in Tampa. The property is just north of Tampa International Airport’s Air Cargo entrance. Located in an amenity-rich area, the property is near an abundance of hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls within a 10-mile radius. The building offers 245,000 SF of Class A industrial space with 64 dock-high doors, 2 ramps on either side of the building, 245 car parking spaces and 58 trailer parking spaces.
